Enjoying fun food always made me feel guilty. I had absolutely no energy and frankly hated what I saw in the mirror. I needed a deep change. Fast forward and I am a 2x Bodybuilding champion a Certified Master Trainer and have helped thousands shed their unwanted body fat.
